ABOUT CONSCIOUSLY EM YOGA
Consciously Em Yoga is focused on a holistic way of practising yoga, encompassing the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the practice. Classes and workshops involve asana (the physical postures), pranayama (manipulation of the life force - breath) and meditative practices. It also includes the lifestyle and how to apply yoga both on and off the mat. The true essence of yoga is not just the fancy pictures you see online nor is it "just stretching". It is a beautiful practice aiming to still the fluctuations of the mind and bring you back into the present moment. Through carefully curated sessions by our lead instructor, Emma, who is certified with over 650 hours of training through Yoga Alliance USA, we will assist you on your journey inwards towards discovering your true Self. Everything you need is already within you, yoga provides the key to discovery.
